Educated in the United Kingdom Sue Anderton-Howe immigrated to Canada.  Attendance at a Secretarial College in England gave her the qualifications to work within large corporate organizations as an Executive Assistant to Top Management, she was always requested to be involved with various projects that required meticulous detail, good communication skills and wearing a multitude of hats, it was a natural progression to become a Certified Event Planner.

Sue started working at Diageo an international company in 1998, then in 2000 was offered a newly created role Training/Event Coordinator.  September 2003 she was transferred to Connecticut, for nearly 3 years, to assist with a Nationwide training project and during her time in the U.S. Sue travelled to 23 markets, being involved with over 1,000+ participants. Major skills were required in budget management and orchestrating on-site venues to the highest level.

After relocating back to Canada from Connecticut she took a 9-month role at Huron University College as Executive Assistant to the Principal and added skills of coordinating educational events which included 3 Convocations, various types of faculty parties and a 250 invitational Founders Day Dinner.  Sue also worked for 4-months as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer of Health for the Bruce Peninsula plus taking a 6-month assignment to work within Union Gas creating a Corporate Planner Analyst Role, after a short period she became Team Leader of the 4-person Corporate Planning Team.
